Please sign against factory farming self-regulation!

Please sign this petition "The repeal of the code on farming chickens for meat + farming should be debated" to try and prevent the factory farming industry from becoming self regulated.

10k is pretty sad though. You'd think that for the 13 million households that own pets, more people would care about the welfare of the animals they eat.

Most probably don't care tbh.

That's probably why we have no enforceable regulation on dog breeding or pet ownership.

Thank god for that. Like you say a pretty unpleasant read nevertheless, but at least it shouldn't get any worse.
