Wadsley common deer

They have definitely been seen at Rowell Bridge which isn't that far from Wadsley common.

 

Can confirm. Definitely roe deer been seen in loxley woods.

I would have thought there were too many dog walkers up there for deer to hang around.

They have definitely been seen at Rowell Bridge which isn't that far from Wadsley common.
I have too, seen a few as I've driven up Spout Lane .

Closest I've seen them to there is around Bithomes wood (near Deepcar)

It does actually say on the wadsley/loxley common website that they reside there. lived around there all my life and never knew that! i think it's lovely

ive covered every inch of that place and havent seen them. where are they hiding when i'm there?

I saw four of them last summer in Beacon wood (near old mine) at Loxley.
