What is your favourite curry?

Chicken biryani and pilau rice with popadoms, perfect.

Slow cooked mutton madras on the bone and a couple of wholemeal chappaties.

I like Kashmiri style - like a good rogan josh, my wife keeps insisting we only ever eat my concoctions, but it takes hours of prep & cooking! 4 hours cooking, 2 minutes eating!

otherwise I had one from Mogul Room at Worsborough a few years ago, called something like lamb zaara, just had a look on their menu & it's still there... "Wild Bangladeshi citrus blitzed with Kenyan red chillies, white mustard & black cumin seeds, in a mouth watering spicy ginger & fresh tomato sauce"

I love making Chicken Curry from scratch it does take a long time and yeah its gone in 2 minutes lol
