you need a determined winning boss,plenty of cash,a spot of luck,free from injuries and when you get up there you stand a chance of surviving ,or do a blackpool ect and its a double disaster later,,always remember if you buy from lower divisions for most players that's were you end up,i think the championship will be hard 2017/18 with lots of cash being spent by many clubs,owls to be there or there abouts,same with Fulham,villa,brentford,hull and sunderland.
