Coop76 Â Â 10 #25 Posted January 7, 2012 Whenever i've rented and needed repairs doing i've always phoned them and e-mailed if no response letter and e-mail 7days later giving them 14days to fix the problem if not done i just get done myself with a reputable company and send reciept next time rent due along with any payment still due.
