Im trying go contact Jon Allcard,local photographer and artist. He has the copyright for a photo of the hole in the road which I would like to get a copy of.

There's a Jon Allcard on Facebook. School listed as King Edward VII and his public profile hints that he might be into photography. Googling his name gives a few other possible ways to contact him as well.
