consul   10 #1 Posted February 10, 2017 Hi, advice please. We are trying to find someone to help with a problem with a small strand alone forge, situated in an outside workhouse. The chimney was repaired a couple of years ago so we know it has the regulation height etc. but the forge did not fit into the fireplace. We found someone to duct the forge into the chimney stack but it does not draw filling the room with smoke. All efforts to get the tradesman to return or find someone else willing to look at it have met with failure. Initial interest but then no contact or responses to phone calls and emails.  Very frustrating.  Any information / contacts would be greatly appreciated. consul   10 #3 Posted February 14, 2017 Thanks Spider - not sure. Son is away working but will get him to try when he's back. Think he probably would have tried. Has a blower which feeds into the forge.
 Share this content via...
