DaBouncer   13 #1 Posted July 19, 2003 I didn't realise that since the deregulation of police information that we can see if we've recently been done for speeding BEFORE we receive the ticket.  http://www.i-connect.co.uk/speedoffence/  The site above allows you to see if you've recently been caught and see the picture taken by the camera.  username and Password is: guest in order to gain entry to the site.  Phew... no tickets for me though! Lickszz   10 #4 Posted August 3, 2003 It's a good job there was no tickets here. With the recent idea of Blunketts wanting to impose tax on speeding and parking offenders. So, a speeding tickets will be £60 fine and 3 penalty points plus £35 tax.  He is also suggesting a further tax of £3 on home insurance policies.  This proposal is to fund Britain’s compensation culture apparently.  Is there no end to this Governments incompetence, and sheer stupidity?  What gets me is that these are the prats whose incompetences are forcing most of us to buy home contents insurance.
