selphie   10 #3 Posted December 14, 2011 From my days of selling household insurance you will ALWAYS have to declare if you have subsidence, therefore pushing up the price of your premium. Most companies will insure you but you won't be covered for subsidence. If you want the subsidence cover then you will have to go to a specialist insurer but you're going to be paying through the nose.
