The Durham Ox has a planning application from 2006 by Haibus Ltd, a property company registered to an address on Redmires Road. The last recorded sale was also a few months before their application. Odds on they still own it.

I don't know who the owners are but both pubs are in a right state . The Old Harrow a few months back had its front door missing but since boarded up what I saw didn't give me much hope that the pub be could reopened again a real shame it must have been nice in its day . Has for the Durham OX its completely stripped out theirs some photos on the net just empty rooms no bar fittings in fact nothing left inside even had weeds growing inside.
