phawley   10 #1 Posted December 15, 2011 Who else has received theirs today and will you be filling it in?  I find a few anomalies in the survey  It is supposed to be random but we have received one for each member of our household. It's supposed to be anonymous so why do they want my NHS number and name and address.  "How satisfied with your life as a whole" I thought it was a health survey.  What qualifications do I have? Employment details, Employed, Self employed ?  There are quite a few more.  Your views??
 Share this content via...

PeteMorris   10 #5 Posted December 15, 2011 40k in Sheffield? I'm not sure I would want to return it, unless it's compulsory. I know. Make a big paper aeroplane out of it, and write on the wings "I'm so happy I decided to make this", then fling it in the doorway of your local surgery!...lol
 Share this content via...

phawley   10 #7 Posted December 15, 2011 (edited) Just looked at the website and it doesn't look like it's a one off either, says they are monitoring 20,000 families although the forms say 40,000 adults http://clahrc-sy.nihr.ac.uk/south-yorkshire-cohort.html  http://syc.shef.ac.uk Edited December 15, 2011 by phawley
 Share this content via...
