question ????????? how many know of the local actor that has just won "best international actor " in the Los Angeles Movie Awards .and how long before the Star gets round to picking it up

from googling I found that wayne russell won the bronze palm at the mexico international film festival. He is from sheffield, so im guessing you mean him. Until googling him I had never even heard of him. Does it matter how long before he gets round to picking it up.
