Dog poisoning Hillsborough Park

Just posted on a FB group I'm on, a friend of their's dog was fed something by a group of lads, and 20 mins later fitted and died. Police say this isn't the first incident, so if you walk your dog in this area, please be vigilant

Thanks for sharing this- we always walk our puppy in hillsborough park but will be vigilant as she loves meeting people and getting fussed!

Until today I thought that the safest place in the area to walk my dog was Hillsborough Park. In fact I took him there in the rain today. A description of these 3 lads wouldn't go amiss. This is absolutely awful.

I agree, in fact it's the only place we let our dog off the lead!

Apart from rivelin, is there anywhere else I can take her?

I take mine in Longley Park most days as I feel it's a safe place to walk, but I can walk there in 15 minutes from my house.
