I assume you mean Netherlands Dog Rescue in Kilnhurst? I've never know them pass on a dog at all. At least not in the past 3/4 years. Some of the dogs in their care have been there for a long time but they don't pass them onto other rescues. Bonnie was there for a long time until a friend of mine adopted her. And Tyke, bless him was there for ages and ages until he was adopted recently. I've adopted two dogs from there myself and my friend used to work there. I've never know them to pass on a dog.
