Hackenthorpe - Jermyn area

Hi all. What's the Jermyn area of Hackenthorpe like these days, seemed quite nice when I drove through recently, thanks in advance.

we live just above Jermyn about 2 roads up and love it, my sister in law and cousin live on Jermyn. the only issue i would have if i lived closer to the school is the school traffic but otherwise no issues. excellent bus route, close to several shops and close to schools too
