truman   10 #14 Posted May 30, 2017 Whether we like it or not those are the rules of the competition. I,ve never been a fan of the play-off,s penalties or not. Third place should be promoted, they have performed better than the rest over the season, whether it be goal difference or ten points. Another money spinner for the F.A .  Don't you think it makes the teams who are vying for 4th 5th 6th play with more intent towards the end of the season if they think they have a chance of promotion rather than just coasting along with nothing to play for?
