SGSF   10 #1 Posted May 10, 2017 Hi all  The Sheffield Green Spaces Forum AGM is next Wednesday 17th May at 7pm.  Venue  University of Sheffield Arts Tower Rm 13:17 Floor 13  Bolsover Street S3 7NA  PLEASE NOTE - parking is no longer available in the Arts Tower car park and fines will be issued for those parking without permits.  Blue badge holders can park in the Geography and Planning building car park which is on Winter Street, S3 7ND. Make sure that the blue badge is on display.  For non-blue badge holders, there are two options.  1 - Parking is available in the Durham Street car park which is behind the Students’ Union building, S10 2JA. It is a Q-car park so is expensive and would be a good 5 minute walk to the Arts Tower.  2 - A cheaper option is on-road parking. Park on Bolsover Street, S3 7NA. This is the road that the Arts Tower is on. At 6.30pm, the bus lane is no longer ‘active’ and so you can park there without any problem. Or you can have a check around the residential area for parking (e.g.on Mushroom Lane (S3 7NZ) when you arrive.  If you have any difficulties let us know, we will also mention this in the meeting.  AGM/Agenda  Mike Hodson and Penny Rea are stepping down from the Committee - thank you to them both for their help this year.  If you would like to be nominated for the committee please let us know before the AGM itself. There are 6 Management Committee meetings (bi-monthly) each year in addition to the general forum meetings themselves. All of the committee are volunteers.Contact Paul Campbell the forum Chair to put yourself forward or for more information email p.campbell@sgsf.org.uk  Camille McCawley from the new SCC/Keep Britian Tidy campaign Clean Sheffield will be speaking.  If anyone has any good news from their group or events to promote and share, please let us know and we will allocate a time slot for you in the meeting (usually about 3 minutes)
 Share this content via...
