I am renting out one double room and one single room in S6
Fully Refurbished 3 bed House

The house is located In Wisewood/Hillsborough a relay posh area in Sheffield. It is only 5 minutes walk away from Marlin Bridge Tram station and Bus. Town is a 15 min drive with tram and we have local bars, Tesco, Aldi and Morrison close by. Loxely and Rivelin Valley is just 5 to 10 minutes walk away.

All furniture is new and the house is a relay high standard.

Fully fitted smoke alarms.
New tiled bathroom and shower.

New kitchen with washer, fridge freezer, microwave.
The house has 3 bedrooms.

The double bedroom I am renting is furnished with a new double bed, sideboard and a wardrobe (fitted into the wall).

the single room is furnished with one Wardrobe and single bed.

All bills and broadband are included .
Living-room, Kitchen and Garden is a shared area.

The property is south facing and has a large back garden and a small front garden and seating area.

If you smoke you are welcome to do that outside, since the house is a no smoker house.


Street parking in front of the house.
Sorry no couples and no Pets.

This place is perfect for everyone who enjoy their peace and quiet after an hard working day.

To my person I am German, relay easy going who enjoy socializing.
