3 bed unfurnished house available to let in the Shirecliffe. The house is fairly modernised with a new kitchen and bathroom. The house benefits from a private driveway, garage and a large rear garden suitable for a family with young children.

The house is a few minutes walk from a bus stop servicing route 32. Northern General Hospital is also a short car ride away. There are late night convenience stores within 5 minutes walking distance. Parkwood Springs (Park) is within walking distance.

Council Tax: 102.50 monthly (Council Tax band B)
Water: Yorkshire Water metered payments
Gas & Electricity: eON metered billed payments (not prepayment)

We are not considering tenants in receipt of housing benefit. We will only be considering tenants with current employment or self-employment. The tenancy will not allow pets so please do not apply if you have pets or wish to keep a pet during the tenancy.
