steveroberts   10 #5 Posted April 22, 2015 I was reading this morning that Google is changing its search function to favour websites that are phone and tablet friendly over those (like mine) that are not.  You have to understand the guiding principle for how Google works. It's number one criteria is about providing relevant information based on someone's search criteria. Part of the 'relevancy test' is the user experience i.e. can they disseminate the information they need quickly and easy.  Therefore it makes sense, to Google, that site owners need to think about users who are searching for relevant information on mobiles/tablets (and they are right to think this...trying to disseminate information on my iPhone from a site that is only 'PC friendly' is not easy).  ---------- Post added 22-04-2015 at 09:18 ----------  Of course, the cynic in me suggests this is a great way to get users to pay for adwords whilst they upgrade their websites
 Share this content via...
