Badminton for Adults - Silverdale School

Activity Sheffield are running Badminton sessions for Adults at Silverdale School starting on Monday 4th July, in the sports hall.

The cost is just £2 and includes equipment if needed.

All levels of ability are welcome, so come along and try it whether you haven't played in years or just want to keep fit doing something enjoyable.

Please advise the times of the sessions.

Just to let you know this Badminton session still runs every Monday night @ 6.30 pm - 8.00 pm, and still costs just £2.00.

Come along, all equipment is provided.

Attendance is generally good with 2 or 3 courts in use although 4 are available.

Suitable for men and women from beginners to reasonable standard.

Very enjoyable exercise and competition.
