Since Rightmove & Zoopla why use an expensive High St estate agent ?

Recommended Posts

Whenever I go on Rightmove, once I`ve established exactly where the property is, the floor plan is the first thing I look at.

Agreed. Seeing the layout of a house and how it could possibly be reconfigured to my liking might make me investigate further a house that looks awful in the photo's- which essentially only show the furnishings and decorative state and can be very deceiving anyway :o

No layout plan no likey and on to the next one
