A few of us at work have started running once a week, its fun, even tho i'm not much good - breathless/feeling like i want to collapse etc! but it makes you so proud of yourself!  Does anyone run regualrly in the evening? If you don't mind going very slowly; walking a bit then running a bit, i could join you!
