Private flats with balconies?

Wanting to move to a flat but it must have a balcony!! Anyone know of any in Sheffield and district?

Most of the flats we called the "Thirteen storeys" as kids are now over 55s only. They used to have balconies and some might still have but many were converted to sun rooms.

They come up quite often on the vacant lists.
