Yes, there is a Magic Money Tree! That's the title of the next public talk by Positive Money Sheffield, to be given on Monday 10th July.

•What myths surround money, austerity and public debt?

During the general election campaign, both Theresa May and Amber Rudd asserted that there isn’t a magic money tree. We will explore whether this is actually the case, and look a bit deeper at the question "where will 'they' get the money from?".

Illustrated talk given by Peter Verity, including a couple of recent Positive Money videos, and followed by an opportunity to discuss the issues raised.
