Which is it and what does it mean? Sorry if i seem a bit slow, but i have a job interview tonight and next to the salary it says OTE and i dont understand!!!! The horrid job im at at the moment originally said £15,000 OTE on the advert, but when i came to the interview i was told the wage was £10,000 but then another girl, same age and experience, was paid £15,000 and i dont wanna be taken for a ride again! Please help...... Did a Google search for "on target earnings" and got a few results, among them: Welcome to Hobsons... The on target earnings for this individual are in excess of £35k. ... Basic Salary is in the region of £15-18k with on target earnings of £25k+ ... http://www.graduatecareers.hobsons.co.uk/result_ profile.jsp?EmployerID=2686&Content=Vacancies - 31k - Cached - Similar pages So I would surmise that there should also be a "basic" salary, which would be worth asking about at the interview, just in-case. Good luck anyway.
 Share this content via...
