There is a train service to Dronfield but most of the commutors are going the other way to you, takes about 10mins not sure of frequency, bus takes around 45mins.

The train service is VERY limited, about 4 trains per day - try http://www.qjump.co.uk for train times and fares.

Buses: Various routes:

Stagecoach buses 43/44 run from Sheffield-Chesterfield via Dronfield bottom, where the train station is.

First bus 15 goes round various estates and ends up at the Civic Centre, where the sports centre and shops are.

Thompson Travel 293 runs Sheffield-Bradway-Dronfield Woodhouse-Dronfield Civic Centre-Chesterfield.

Bus timetables are available at http://www.sypte.co.uk
