Annie Bynnol   596 #1 Posted March 30, 2017 A young person with a learning disability is about to start out in work and is likely to get a lot of short commissions.  Can someone else be responsible for signing contracts e.g. a parent? The parent has done NI and Tax payments in the past, how difficult is it to move up to the paper work involved in being self employed.  Any pitfalls, suggestions, contacts, ideas etc. would be very gratefully received. steveroberts   10 #2 Posted March 30, 2017 If you are based in the Sheffield City Region I would contact the Growth Hub in the first instance https://www.scrgrowthhub.co.uk/  They will be able to provide the young person, concerned, with all the information they will need.  Please pass on my best wishes and good luck
 Share this content via...
