I need a flat for November 03

I'm moving to Sheffield to work from 1 November 03, and I'm looking to rent a one bed flat / house. I've been getting the property page, but I dont know any good / bad areas - Pls help!!

Can anybody tell me the areas to avoid and the ones to look for?

Does anyone know of a flat for rent ?
