Anyone know what's happening here, For Sale sign has gone, there's a skip in the car park and kids running all over the bowling green, has it been sold? who to? to become what?

Really? Oh ffs, that`s just what Woodseats needs eh?! Lovely pub, potentially but the tie must`ve made it very tricky plus the food wasn`t the best. So the bowling green goes too - ?

Its staying as it is now, just new owners.

No, don`t think so. It has Tetleys , Bombadier and Pale Rider suggesting it`s a tied house.
