Do staff at the GP Collaborative at the NGH have access to hospital and GP records when you visit them? Thanks

I think it depends on which system your own GP uses and whether you've agreed to share your record.

I doubt they'd have your hospital records they seem to be partly paper based atm. they should have your gp records to hand if shared though.

When I've spoken to them they didn't have access to the patient's own records and could only give me advice based on what I was able to tell them. Not sure if it always works like that.
