New boiler & moving its location - recomendations?

Can anyone recommend a good company to supply and fit a new boiler. I have little knowledge on the subject, but we were also wondering if it is possible to install the new one in a different room to where the existing boiler is (would literally be a case of moving it to the room below and could be sited in a like for like position, just one floor down). Does anyone know if this is possible?

Any recommendations would be apprecaited.
