Window Cleaner needed S12

I was wondering if there was any good window cleaners in S12, just off manor top near Springs Academy? We had some doing ours that used the new ionised water system (no soap) but it's rubbish and dries leaving spots behind where the droplets were.

I am looking for someone that uses old fashioned soap and water! I have a biggish house and a conservatory that we would want doing every other time. Please send me numbers of any good window cleaners you know. Thanks!
