I need help with my washer

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help ive not been able to use my washing machine for a few days as its showing code 2H and there is nothing in manual for this code and was wondering if anyone has the same model as mine Samsung WF0604NBE have you had problems with this code and what was wrong.....thankyou

I have just had an engineer out to fix this fault. The fault H2 is not on the samsung list but he has just fixed it. The fault was a burnt out cable on the heater probably caused by vibration loosening the wire and causing it to arc. The machine is now fixed
