Dream location Sheffield

Ah, yes. It's important to consider where your guests will...go. The description says there is a WC on the ground floor (utility) but this isn't shown on the floorplan.

The en suite upstairs isn't really an en suite either. If you look it has jack and jill doors ie accessed from the room on each side plus a door to the main landing. Imagine having to lock three doors to make sure you aren't disturbed!

Excellent motorway links and the catchment area for arguably the best school in Rotherham.

My wife grew up in totley, I grew up in Stannington, we now live in a quiet estate in Wharncliffe Side, We would not swap it for totley or dore, ever. I love North Sheffield.

I priced a job at whatncliffe side last week and it looked a really nice quiet place to live.

You get a lot more for your money there than in Sheffield itself.

Love the Hooten Levitt property with the 4.5 acres but I hate gardening haha.

The top one at Whiston is a beautiful house but if it's the one I think it is, it is right next to the valley that the M1 runs through I imagine the road noise could be an issue.

I guess if you can afford £650k then you can afford a gardener as well.

And with 4.5 acres it's not going to be all manicured lawn I'd think.

That's true, I imagine some of the land would be paddock.
