Planning Permission requirements.  As this is only my second post I can't post URL's yet but google Planning Portal>top left Do you need permission>RH list Common projects>scroll down to the bottom and click Working from home URL.   If there is any doubt speak to the planners at the council and possibly apply for Certificate of Lawfulness.
