Should the fa ban for life those found guilty of trying or making money through breaking FA rules?

Those at the top have very nice life style and those at the bottom of the ladder are paid poorly if at all?

Which rules?

What's the severity of the offence?

Is it taking back-handers for fixing a match and/or betting scam, or, being asked for an opinion (for a fee) on an unrelated match?
