Dog found 9/02 on Ringinlow Rd Sheffield

Hi,

I found a young male balck and white whippet or whippet cross running along Ringinglow RD this afternoon and want to reunite him with his owners. He was wearing a purple dotted collar but has no name tag or address. How do I put a picture up on here?
