My friend was looking into remortgaging with them.  Or there's various websites that can search for available mortagages depending on what you're after. Just put "mortages" or "money" in a search engine! Here's one:  http://www.moneyworld.co.uk/homebuying/  This saves you ringing mortgage lenders or up or trekking round the banks and building societies etc!
