B/w dog roaming firth park centre

Around 10am I spotted a black n white dog down at the shops in firth park. It had a flimsy worn out lead which clearly wasnt strong enough to tether the dog outside the shops ... and it was on walkabouts. Smallish dog, its long coat was soaking wet through, poor thing. Anyhoo it went to various people to ask for some change for the phone perhaps and decided to follow me home. I gave it some food, so it may come back but after a fuss and a hug it went on its way.. maybe you know of someone who went to the shops and came home without their furrry friend?

Was it a Border Collie? There was one on it's in Fith Park last week as well

It had that sort of appearance yes, unfortunately we have two 7 week old kittens so I couldn't hang on to the dog.. it was friendly enough but the adult cats aren't.
