Jeffrey Shaw 90 #4 Posted August 20, 2015 Yeah, sure and how much will this scam cost anyone stupid enough to fall for it? Not a scam but an effort to reimburse those who bought pointless insurance. (And not only involving Sentinel: also CPP and several other firms)
 Share this content via...
Cyclone 10 #5 Posted August 20, 2015 You can get the money back yourself though, without paying any of it to a 3rd party. Not exactly a scam, but they're a lot like ambulance chasers, the OP presumably has some sort of connection to them or is being paid to advertise for them on social media. Jeffrey Shaw 90 #9 Posted August 24, 2015 You know you could have done it for free, without giving away any of it... Assuming you ever paid any PPI. But the Sentinel/CPP letters are not about PPI! They relate to 'lost card' cover.
 Share this content via...
alchresearch 214 #10 Posted August 25, 2015 I used to have it years ago, it was more than just simple card protection. If you lost your wallet, one phone call to them and they cancelled all your cards, arranged replacements and could advance you cash as well as pay any outstanding hotel and travel bills for you. You also got those little metal keyrings where if you lost your keys, the finder could drop them into a postbox and Sentinel would courier them back to you.
