Coventry v Blades - 15/12/16

Recommended Posts

Live on the old Telebox as part of Sky's Christmas offering this evening.

Any come on Blades let's turn them over!

No need to change owt from the team who gave Swindon an absolute hammering at the weekend therefore I would stick with the same starting XI.... I would however be tempted to throw Clarke on against his former employers in hope of it giving him a bit extra to his game as a couple of goals would do him the world of good on the back of his injury.

Fleck is coming up against his former employers for the first time. Him, Coutts and Duffy ran the show on Saturday and I hope for a big show from the three again. Hopefully the connections will bring a bit extra out of Fleck's game, especially after his former Midfield team mate has told the press that he is going to give Fleck a hard game!

One thing for certain....If we play like we did Saturday then Coventry will struggle to handle us.

Up the blades and the momentum builds again.......1-3 away win Hopefully....But never the less....Away win!

Looking for one thing tonight, one word,clinical..........no loads of possession and 25 shots with nothing to show,no hard luck stories or ref not doing this or that...........just make our chances, like we will do,and take our chances..........that is all, make and take clear cut chances, get shots on target, make the goalie fly around like a man possessed,he won't save everything.

Bolton have put down a marker on Monday,we have to top that and confirm our credentials as we start getting into the part of the season that matters..........this is the kind of game where teams that can, go and do,especially teams going for promotion,no excuses,no messing, impose ourselves and pick them off.
