onlineo   10 #13 Posted April 18, 2016 I have always gone for the cheapest quote, usually found on ebay. But... always the cheapest for what I want, not the overall cheapest. I have always known exactly what I want, paper weight, quality, finish etc, and have been able to send over the completed design in a couple of different formats to the printers spec. It is all fairly easy to do, but will definitely be time consuming for a first go. I have never had a problem with anything I have ordered, but things get more complicated if you are asking for the printers to do design aswell or add in stock photos.
