redfox   10 #4 Posted March 5, 2017 I am seriously impressed you read the rules in just over 30 mins!  Interpretation of the rules is a matter of opinion - the only one that matters is that of the referee.  The complaints about decisions of officials will continue at all levels of football - but when offered the whistle the loudest voice complaining often displays the swiftest sprint in the opposite direction.
