mrmandid 10 #1 Posted June 28, 2017 Hi, I am looking to relocate to Sheffield and have a modest budget. I am looking for a 3 bed terraced and wondered what the areas to avoid are and the areas that are ok are. Looking to spend about £120,000-£140,000. So,which areas are ok that I should be able to pick up something at that price? Many thanks
 Share this content via...
amazon123 17 #2 Posted June 28, 2017 For that budget you'd be priced out of buying in what many would consider to be the "nice" areas in the south west where you'd traditionally find terraces (Greystones, Crookes, Nether Edge, Meersbrook, Sharrow Vale, much of Walkley etc.) and you would probably struggle in the areas surrounding them, such as Heeley and Hillsborough but you might find something in your budget in those last two areas (I know, however, than in Heeley for instance houses are starting to go for well over asking price). It all depends on what condition you're happy to buy the place in.
 Share this content via...
