One of his neighbours has just had a new roof done by the council and they have done a poor job on the roof, causing problems for my mate. Who should he contact to complain about the shoddy repairs and the damage it's causing to his property ? Most unfair really as he has maintained his own property.... I wondered if he needed to ring council office or find out which contractor council were using to repair/replace the roofs..... . Cheers...
