Janus   28 #1 Posted February 9, 2017 (edited) From a hobby / interest perspective, i. e with no real need in mind, is it possible for me to build one of the free websites on my tablet device, or is a PC essential ?  There are some tutorials online that I have not looked through yet. They mention various options such as Word press, Wix.com and Weebly. There will probably be others. What would be the easiest for a novice like me to grasp?
