A simple Yes/No

It’s that time of year when difficult decisions you have to make,

Do you put on an extra jumper, or is it the coat you take,

Looks like it might rain, but then again it might not,

Wearing the thick jumper will make you too hot,

If you get it wrong and the heavens open up,

You may well have that drowned cat look,

Step outside just test the temperature,

Can’t make your mind up still not quite sure,

If you take the coat it will save you from getting wet,

It said on the forecast a shower or two you may expect,

Looks like the sun is desperately trying to appear,

Although those heavy clouds are all so near,

There is a gentle breeze giving it a bit of a chill,

All in a tiz, undecided still,

A simple Yes/No, forget about pride,

Coat or Jumper, it’s time to decide.
