Bit harsh but I know what you mean. Its that type of art that doesn't particularly demonstrate skill (in my opinion), its what's known as conceptual art; not my cup of tea but each to his own.

I emailed him, to tell him I liked his pictures & would love one.

He replied asking for my address, which I have...and low & behold a random painting arrived a few days later. Not got around to putting it up yet, but I will.

There was a thread last week about art in Hillsborough park, perhaps this was him?
