Peaky Blinders anyone watching

New series coming soon, according to the Drama Trailer on BBC.

The first series was the best, because it had strong Birmingham roots, as of course did the peaky blinders. As the series did well in the US, it changed into a version of Boardwalk crossed with the Sopranos. I look forward to the new series, but hope it moves back to its roots.

I agree! I didn't enjoy season 3 anywhere near as much as the first one.

Grim? Its one of those watch and abandon the logic show.

Sometimes it is violent, sexual, it has some real historical figures and events, but, still, it is almost completely fictionalised presentation of Birmingham street gang in 1920.

Comparing to Italian crime show Gomorrah which focuses on internal struggles between Camorra clans in Naples, Peaky Blinders looks like a kiddie show.

Still, its very entertaining. But, by no means grim or, historically accurate.

Was disappointed with series 3 so hopefully the new one will be better.

Settings, wardrobe great. Rubbish acting with dodgy accents this would have suited Sean Bean (rubbish acting)

It's just like an extended pop video - style over substance.
